Record architecture, display and visitor experience

A pavilion combines a building, an interior sequence and a designed display. The photography should show how those layers work together rather than reducing the project to a single exterior or installation detail.

Coverage can include:

• exterior form, entrance and landscape relationship;
• circulation and the transition between exhibition zones;
• material, lighting and display details;
• designed visitor movement, where the brief calls for activity;
• daylight, interior illumination and twilight as distinct visual states.

Plan for a temporary and changing site

Exhibition sites have fixed operating periods and may offer limited access outside visitor hours. Before the shoot, we confirm the commissioning team, site contact, priority views, usable access window and any review or announcement requirements.

The shot plan separates views that need a quiet space from views that benefit from controlled visitor presence. This makes the most of the confirmed window without implying access that the venue has not granted.

Evidence from Expo 2025 Osaka

The proposed images show the German Pavilion’s exterior setting, a curved exhibition space and an illuminated installation at Expo 2025 Osaka. Alongside the documented Belgian Pavilion commission for Delta Light, they provide a direct portfolio basis for this service.

• Half-Day — up to 4 hours: ¥180,000 / $1,200
• Full-Day — up to 8 hours: ¥300,000 / $2,000
• Complex assignments: individually quoted, generally from $2,500–$3,000 and above

Standard retouching and a standard usage licence are included. Travel, special equipment, exclusive or perpetual usage rights, and advanced editing are quoted separately. The final quote records the scope, intended users and licence terms. Prices exclude Japanese consumption tax (10%).
