Daisho Photography produces precise interior photographs for architects, interior designers, contractors, owners and international commissioning teams. The work is planned around the space as it will actually be received: its daylight, lighting scenes, furnishings, occupancy and the authority to change anything in the room.

A strong set does more than make each room look attractive. It explains sequence, scale, material transitions and the relationship between natural and designed light.

Coverage can include:

• establishing views and connections between rooms;
• principal spaces in their intended lighting conditions;
• furniture, joinery, surfaces and lighting details;
• vertical and horizontal versions for editorial and digital layouts;
• carefully controlled views with or without people, as agreed in the brief.

Prepare the room before the camera arrives

The most useful preparation is a short priority list, a floor plan and one named site contact who can approve adjustments. We confirm which spaces depend on a narrow daylight window, when the intended lighting scene can be set and what must remain fixed.

Interior stills are normally made from a tripod with bracketed exposures. This allows bright openings and shaded areas to remain legible without turning the room into an artificial composite. Styling, cleaning and operational resets should be completed or scheduled before the photography window begins.

Evidence from real spaces

The selected work combines an Expo 2025 Osaka pavilion interior, a traditional residence in Ikoma and a completed contemporary residential interior. Together they show the service across public-facing and residential spaces without claiming a sector that the portfolio does not support.

• Focused — up to 2 hours: ¥120,000 / $800
• Half-Day — up to 4 hours: ¥180,000 / $1,200
• Full-Day — up to 8 hours: ¥300,000 / $2,000
• Complex assignments: individually quoted, generally from $2,500–$3,000 and above

Standard retouching and a standard usage licence are included. Travel, special equipment, exclusive or perpetual usage rights, and advanced editing are quoted separately. The final quote records the scope, intended users and licence terms. Prices exclude Japanese consumption tax (10%).
